Easter Bark


This was so freaking easy AND looks pretty. My main 2 criteria for baking (admittedly, if it doesn’t look pretty I’m far less likely to want to make it since I have an unhealthy focus on aesthetics). I’ll leave the specifics to the source site, but pretty much melt white chocolate with a bit of shortening, stir in mini marshmallows, press into a pan and sprinkle with candy sprinkles, and once dry/cool, cut into egg shapes (or bars or whatever) with a cookie cutter.
